Sold Listings in Salisbury MD and Wicomico County
Sixteen homes sold last week in Salisbury and Wicomico County with an average sales price of $198,100. The average time on market was 4.1 months and sold for an average of 96% of the list price. Currently, there are nearly 610 active residential listings within the county, which includes single family, townhomes, condos and duplexes. Foreclosures and short sales make up 20% of the available properties. Mortgage rates were around 4.00% for a 30 year fixed loan.
