We’re both excited and saddened for the Swope family. Excited because we had the privilege of representing them in sale of their wonderful colonial home at 7601 Longfield Drive in Misty Creek, which took just over a month. We’re saddened as they have moved away from the Salisbury Maryland area to pursue opportunity and to be closer to family.

The Swope’s accomplished a tremendous amount of work in a short time to prepare their home for market this spring and the actual move was nearly as big an undertaking.
Always diligent in wanting to do what’s right, they made sure an issue discovered the night before settlement after a heavy downpour was pointed out to the buyers and made arrangements to have it addressed while they were driving across the country post-closing.
Having known the Swope’s for 15 years, their move is bittersweet for sure but we’re comforted knowing they are going on to bigger and better things. Godspeed Mark and Alice. You will be missed by your Eastern Shore “family”!
